We offer delivery across the UK, with free shipping on most standard parcel items. Large, heavy or bulky products may require pallet delivery and can be charged separately depending on the product, size, weight and delivery postcode.

UK Mainland Delivery

For most standard parcel items, delivery to UK mainland addresses is free. Delivery options may vary depending on product size, weight, stock availability and postcode.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express / Next Day: usually 1–2 working days where available
  • Delivery estimates exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Dispatch Times

Our delivery cut-off time is usually 2pm on working days. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on bank holidays will usually be processed the next working day.

Large shopfitting products, pallet items or made-to-order items may have longer lead times.

Heavy & Bulky Items

Some products are too large or heavy for standard courier delivery and must be sent by pallet to protect the goods in transit.

Pallet delivery

Safe delivery for larger shopfitting products

Products that require pallet delivery will usually be marked on the product page or confirmed before dispatch. Pallet deliveries are normally kerbside only and require suitable access for a large vehicle.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the goods, as missed pallet deliveries may need to be rebooked and could result in extra charges.

Pallet Delivery Charges

Pallet delivery charges may apply to heavy or bulky items. The correct pallet charge will depend on the size, weight and number of items ordered.

Delivery zones

Remote area and offshore surcharges

Some locations may require additional delivery charges due to courier restrictions, distance, pallet handling requirements or remote delivery areas.

Delivery surcharges may vary depending on the package size, pallet size, weight, quantity of items ordered and delivery postcode.

For remote areas, offshore islands or pallet deliveries outside standard UK mainland zones, we may need to provide a custom delivery quote before dispatch.

From standard parcels to large pallet deliveries, our team works to make delivery clear and straightforward. We provide tracking where available, confirm pallet requirements where needed, and help resolve any missing, damaged or delayed delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will usually receive tracking details by email or SMS where available. Please allow time for courier tracking to update.

Receiving Delivery

Please check that your address and contact number are correct before ordering. Once processed, we may not be able to change delivery details.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable, the courier may leave a card, send a notification or attempt redelivery. Missed pallet deliveries may carry rebooking charges.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, traffic, stock availability, incorrect address details or events outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
