We aim to dispatch orders quickly and deliver your shopfitting products safely, using trusted UK couriers and pallet delivery services where required.

This Shipping Policy explains our standard shipping services, pallet delivery charges, delivery estimates, surcharge areas and what to do if your order is delayed, damaged or missing.

Delivery Overview

We offer delivery across the UK, with free shipping on most standard parcel items. Large, heavy or bulky items may require pallet delivery and will be charged separately.

Delivery options may vary depending on the product, size, weight and delivery postcode.

UK Mainland Delivery

For most standard parcel items, delivery to UK mainland addresses is free.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express / Next Day Delivery: Available on most items, usually 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Heavy & Bulky Items

Some products are too large or heavy to be sent by standard courier and must be delivered by pallet.

This may apply to products such as:

  • Slatwall panels
  • Retail gondola shelving
  • Display cabinets
  • Large shopfitting fixtures
  • Other heavy or oversized products

Products that require pallet delivery will usually be marked on the product page or confirmed before dispatch.

Pallet Delivery Charges

Pallet delivery charges may apply to heavy or bulky items. The correct pallet charge will depend on the size, weight and number of items ordered.

Delivery Zones & Surcharges

Some locations may require additional delivery charges due to courier restrictions, distance, pallet handling requirements or remote delivery areas.

  • Northern Ireland: From £30 + VAT
  • Scottish Highlands: From £25 + VAT
  • Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly: From £30 + VAT
Delivery surcharges may vary depending on the package size, pallet size, weight, quantity of items ordered and delivery postcode.

For remote areas, offshore islands or pallet deliveries outside standard UK mainland zones, we may need to provide a custom delivery quote before dispatch.

Dispatch Times

Our delivery cut-off time is usually 2pm on working days.

Orders placed after this time, during weekends, or on bank holidays will usually be processed the next working day.

Some items may have longer lead times, especially large shopfitting products, pallet items, made-to-order products or special order items.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will usually receive tracking details by email or SMS where available.

Please allow time for the courier tracking system to update after dispatch.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

For pallet deliveries, please make sure someone is available to receive the goods. Pallet deliveries are usually kerbside only and may require suitable access for a large vehicle.

If the delivery appears damaged, please sign for it as damaged where possible and contact us straight away.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, they may leave a card, send a notification, or attempt redelivery depending on the courier service used.

Additional charges may apply if a pallet delivery is missed or needs to be rebooked.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If any items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, traffic, stock availability, incorrect address details or events outside our control.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
