You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition received
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We may request images of the packaging, labels or damaged areas to help process your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you need is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.
