Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website by choosing the products you need, adding them to basket and completing checkout. For help with larger shopfitting orders, please contact us.

Can I order for a business or trade project?

Yes. We supply independent shops, supermarkets, offices, warehouses and trade customers across the UK. Many of our products are designed for commercial retail use.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change items, quantities or the delivery address.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices may be shown depending on your website VAT display settings. VAT is calculated clearly at checkout where applicable.

Delivery

Do you offer free UK delivery?

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on most standard parcel items. Large, heavy or bulky items may require pallet delivery and may be charged separately. See our Delivery Information page for details.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is usually 2–5 working days. Express or next day delivery is available on many items and is usually 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

What is your dispatch cut-off time?

Our usual working day dispatch cut-off time is 2pm. Orders placed after this time, on weekends or on bank holidays are usually processed the next working day.

Will I receive tracking?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details are usually sent by email or SMS where available. Please allow time for courier tracking to update.

Do remote areas have extra delivery charges?

Some locations, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and offshore areas, may require additional delivery charges or a custom quote.

Heavy, Bulky & Pallet Items

Which products may need pallet delivery?

Large items such as slatwall panels, retail gondola shelving, display cabinets, large shopfitting fixtures and oversized products may need pallet delivery.

How much does pallet delivery cost?

As a guide, small pallets are £65 + VAT, medium pallets are £115 + VAT and large pallets are £160 + VAT. The final charge depends on the size, weight and number of items ordered.

Are pallet deliveries kerbside only?

Yes, pallet deliveries are usually kerbside only and require suitable access for a large vehicle. Please make sure someone is available to receive the goods.

Returns, Damage & Missing Items

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us straight away with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. If possible, sign for the delivery as damaged.

What if something is missing or incorrect?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant so our team can resolve it quickly.

Can I return an item?

Most unused items can be returned in line with our returns policy. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

The courier may leave a card, send a notification or attempt redelivery. Missed pallet deliveries may require rebooking and additional charges can apply.

Are your products suitable for commercial retail use?

Yes. Our ranges are selected for real retail environments, including daily use in shops, supermarkets, showrooms and trade spaces.

What product ranges do you supply?

We supply retail shelving, grid mesh panels and gondolas, slatwall panels, pavement signs, acrylic displays, shopping baskets, mannequins, clothes rails, hangers and shopfitting accessories. You can browse all products here.

Yes. Send us details of your space, product type and what you want to display, and our team will help guide you to a suitable option.

Do you supply large or repeat orders?

Yes. We regularly supply business and trade customers. For larger orders, please contact us with your requirements and delivery postcode.
